I booked a tour of Western Sichuan and the Tibetan Plateau in November 2025. I had a wonderful experience. They were always extremely professional and punctual, with a carefully selected choice of hotels as well as the staff who accompanied us throughout the tour. Great attention to detail, and no shopping stops unless specifically requested by the participants. During the quotation and trip-planning stage, they were always very prompt and thorough in their replies. Highly recommended!

Spending this week with Eastogo was the best decision we could take about our journey in Western Sichuan. Service has been excellent since the very first minute, Tea was the perfect host and driver, always making us feel comfortable and pampered so that we consider him more a friend than a supplier, local guides were really welcoming and we had a special time with them too… And what can we say about the Tibetan Plateau, simply a marvel. A wonderful service has been actually provided since the very beginning of the planning phase: Serena was able to propose and arrange the perfect trip even if with a really short notice – we really booked our flight last minute. I usually organise my trips by myself so I’m always a little bit “skeptical” about agencies… But Eastogo was simply the best. They gave us exactly what we needed, and our experience felt the most authentic and “local” adventure we could have.

We had a magical stay in the wild western sichuan region and it was all possible because of this travel agency. Zoey took care of every detail and was available at any time. Wang, our driver, was always attentive to our needs.

We did a 6 days tour in Western Sichuan and we had a great experience! Zoey was extremely helpful, always available for any inconvenience came up during the trip! The car was extremely comfortable and our driver, Wang, was perfect. Moreover Zoey helped us in solving a problem that nothing had to do with the trip.and this made the very difference! Always thank for your help and kindness! We normally love to travel by our selves, never using travel agency, but in this case we decided to let Eastogo schedule our itinerary, giving them just few indications about what we would have liked to see, because western Sichuan is not so easy to reach…they totally match our wish! I would highly recommend them! Daniela

We traveled with this agency this summer and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the very beginning, they were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to respond to our needs with professionalism and care. The assistance throughout the trip was constant and attentive, making us feel supported every step of the way. The itinerary they designed in Western Sichuan was simply incredible – authentic, well thought out, and full of unique experiences far from the typical tourist routes. We highly recommend choosing them to plan your trip to China. Their professionalism, passion, and attention to detail truly make a difference!

The 7-day road trip around West Sichuan with easttogo was absolutely amazing. They organized a very custom-made tripe just as we imagined it and suggested interesting placed and recommendations on the way. Our driver Jack was super fluent in English and made all our wishes possible. We had very interesting conversations with him about live and culture in China. We brought us to the yummiest restaurants and was helpful with all our questions. We felt super comfortable with him! Would 10/10 recommend!

Amazing service from Zoey! With our extensive travel experience I must say Eastogo is definitely the best travel agent in the world. From the very first moment of contact they have inspired me with the warmth and hospitality of the region. Zoey from Eastogo is patient yet enthusiastic answering each and every of our questions, even assuring us that our personal choice are right and never ever force us into a sale. If I am to go back to Western Sichuan (which is more than likely) I will definitely book service with Eastogo. Thank you again Zoey!!!

These people are responsible, efficient, professional. I feel safe and comfortable to just throw all my concerns and questions at them when I’m travelling in foreign countries like China which I know so little about. I think Zicheng and his team are doing a great job at promoting the country in a way that’s never done before and I appreciate the hard grinding attitude. The jouney in Western Sichuan was packed with features but it wasn’t tiring at all. It was well arranged and tailored to our preferences. Would recommend 10/10

Most of our experiences were authentic and out of the mainstream patterns, especially at Tagong Monastery and the morning spent making local dishes with a tibetan family!

Writing a review for the unforgettable trip to Tibet we took with Eastogo is a true pleasure. From the very beginning, the team at the Chengdu agency showed exceptional professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Zoey and Maize were not only efficient and well-organized, but also deeply caring and always ready to respond to our needs with grace and kindness. Panda, our driver, was a steady and reassuring presence, guiding us safely through the majestic and sometimes challenging Tibetan landscapes. Throughout the journey, we experienced moments of awe and wondersacred monasteries nestled among snow-capped peaks, silent sunrises over high-altitude plateaus, and heartfelt encounters with local people that will stay with us forever. Each day brought new discoveries and deep emotions, allowing us to connect not only with the breathtaking natural beauty of Tibet, but also with its profound spiritual energy. We have always loved China, but traveling with Eastogo allowed us to deepen our understanding and appreciation of the country’s rich cultural heritage and historical depth. Their passion, knowledge, and care transformed a simple trip into a transformative experience. Thank you, Eastogo, for making our dream journey come true. Thank you, China, for welcoming us with your immense soul. Vincenzo & Benedetta

We had a 5 days journey with those guys and let me tell you, everything was perfect: from the itinerary they made for us to the driver we have been assigned. You can talk with them about every aspect of your trip. If you don’t like something they will change it. If you have any question they will answer you immediately. The structures we’ve been in were so nice. Even when our journey with them finished they helped us providing a lot of informations the following days. I tried to think about feedbacks for them to improve but nothing came to my mind. The fact is that they really know how to do this job, they have the contacts on the territory and the experience to understand what fits better for you. Our trip in Sichuan was unforgettable and all the credit goes to this travel agency.Fair prices too. 5 stars does not describe how good this travel agency is. They work with passion and you can feel it. Chapeau.

I explored parts of Sichuan and Yunnan with Easttogo. It was unforgettable. I have never felt so taken care of, especially when I fell ill due to altitude sickness at Tagong. The biggest highlights of this company are a deep sense of responsibility and professionalism. They ensure that their guests are safe, comfortable, and are having a good time. The team is made up of young travel enthusiasts, so you can imagine the kind of experiences they offer: meditation with a Buddhist monk, living with a Tibetan nomadic family, learning thanka painting at Shangri-la, to name just a few. I am returning soon to explore other parts of China with Eastogo.

We asked them to organise a 3 day car trip into western Sichuan. Mainly because we knew that public transport isn’t easy in this region. We already planned our iterary before we contacted them. Still Zoey and the rest of the team did their very best to give us as much extra info and suggestions as possible. And answer all our extra questions, without ever being pushy to buy extra’s if we didn’t want them. We didn’t have any problems on our route but it felt that they were only one Wechat message away to solve any problems we might encounter. It felt like a gardian angel travelling along.

I had the chance to take a 2-week trip through Western Sichuan and the Tibetan Plateau with Eastogo, and it was a truly unforgettable journey! Z, the founder of Eastogo, is passionate about his country and has built a young, dynamic team who are just as passionate as he is. They manage to find incredible accommodations, even in the middle of nowhere! It was my first trip to China, and I really appreciated being taken care of from A to Z throughout the journey. The selection of activities was perfect, with a special mention for the meditation introduction and the day we spent with a nomadic family. In short, I can only highly recommend them!
